Georgia’s First Tiny Home Village Now Open, and Sold Out | Planetizen News

Have you seen a tiny home that is usually advertised to be in someone’s backyard or secluded in the woods? Well George created a tiny home community.

8 houses on a 1/2 acre of land – and they sold for just under $200,000 each.

I was interested in the approval process with the local authorities / government – apparently the project took 14 months to with Clarkston city official for them to write and pass the DeKalb County city’s first tiny-home ordinance.

Construction could not begin until this approval process was complete.
